Shipping and general info

Shipping time and costs:

• Shipping time: generally 2-5 days but may take longer if there are delays.

• US shipping is $5 for everything: USPS Ground Advantage Shipping, if you need a case faster you can purchase the rush 2 day shipping listing, which is part of my custom listing. 

• International shipping is now available for all countries and is $10 for Canada and $13 everywhere else. $1 is added in case of taxes and duties (I have not yet shipped internationally so this is subject to change)

Super cool shipping info:

• Please make sure to enter your address correctly as there is nothing I can do if your package is delivered to the wrong address :(

• if your entered address is invalid and the package is sent back to me you will need to pay for shipping again.

• I am no longer doing insured shipping as it is more cost effective for me to just resend an item if it gets lost. Large orders may be insured.

• Items can take up to 4 weeks (generally less) to be shipped out due to supply availability and how busy I am (full time student)

Returns/Refunds:

• returns only special circumstances (contact me)
• If you believe I made a mistake with your order please contact me with your order number and image of the item and you can receive a full refund or a remake of the same item if it is the case.
