How do they hold up over time?

The whip does remain the same texture and color over time! The charms should as well. Now, the lifetime of your case depends on how well you take care of it. The whip is pretty well attached to the case but if you pull on it, you will be able to rip it, especially on the edges. If you're a bit fidgety or like picking at things (like me) please be careful!

Do the charms fall off?

The charms do not fall off on their own. However, they can rip off if pulled on. I do place the charms pretty deep into the whip so they tend to be safe from snagging, but it is still best to be careful especially with tight pockets or snagging on zippers. 

How to clean it?

The cases can be washed with water and soap, or wiped with alcohol wipes. Maybe good to use a brush in tight spots. I still need to test them in the dishwasher- will update on that. I have a white decoden case on my phone and it gets a little bit dusty but it doesn't look bad.

What materials are they made of? Are they sticky? Allergy info?

The cases are made of a plastic base, fully cured silicone whip and resin charms. They are not sticky, and are a smooth and squishy texture similar to a gummy bear.

Will it protect my phone?

The cases I use as a base are described as shock absorbent or shock proof. The whip is a shock absorbent material, and it's also fairly grippy which makes it harder to drop your phone.
